Janata Campus, Kapilvastu organized an orientation program on “Significance of AI in Business Studies”, bringing together students and faculty to explore how artificial intelligence is reshaping modern business education and practice.
The program featured a keynote address by Dr. Sushil Shrestha, Associate Professor and Lead of the Digital Learning Research Lab, Kathmandu University. In his talk, Dr. Shrestha highlighted the growing relevance of AI in business decision-making, data-driven strategy, and operational efficiency. He also emphasized the importance of building practical AI literacy among business students to strengthen analytical thinking, innovation capacity, and future employability.
The session concluded with an interactive discussion, where participants reflected on the opportunities and responsibilities that come with adopting AI tools in academic and professional settings.
